What is Charles Mann Solutions?

Charles Mann Solutions Sdn Bhd has it's origins in the UK, with over 20 years of experience in consultancy work in a wide variety of sectors and industries. With vast experience gathered over the years, Charles Mann has also worked with companies in countries including Saudi Arabia, UAE and Singapore.



Charles Mann has expertise in conducting courses in a variety of subjects including digital media, ICT, social media, branding & marketing, project management and a host of other business related sectors.



Charles Mann aims to offer the highest standards in providing the best level of training courses, seminars and workshops, as well as personalised in-house training services, to ensure your business or organisation is optimised and equipped to compete and grow. How much do your courses cost?

We take it upon ourselves to offer the most cost-effective and value for money courses that money can buy. With great emphasis placed on high quality, structured and well-planned courses and seminars, you can be assured that you will leave a session satisfied and enlightened.



Most of our courses last one full day and start from RM1,250 per person, inclusive of course materials, lunch, tea breaks and refreshments. For eligibility, bookings have to be confirmed and paid for by at least one week prior to course date. Further discounts are also possible for group bookings of two delegates and above.



In addition, all of our courses are 100% claimable through the HRD Corp (SBL-Khas) for eligible companies.

Where are your courses held?

The majority of our courses and workshops are held in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, with occasional courses also offered in Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Kuching and Penang, as well as other areas. 



We hold our courses in public venues, most commonly in reputable hotels that can offer comfortable facilities suited to an adult audience, as well as first class catering. We can also accommodate sessions in-house for businesses, which is our primary method of instruction due to its customisable nature.

What types of training courses do you offer?

At Charles Mann, we aim to offer the most relevant and up-to-date subjects in our courses and seminars. We feel it is very important for businesses and organisations to continuosly learn about new practices and tools being made available in their respective sectors and industries and therefore retain their competitive edge.



With this in mind, we offer courses that tend to have an element of technology associated with them, whether in marketing and advertising or sales and procurement. We also have specialist consultants that can provide services related to the education sector, robotics and artificial intelligence and business and project management. What forms of payment do you accept?

The easiest and quickest method to register and pay for our courses is through bank transfer or cheque payment.



Direct transfers can be made into our bank account, followed by an email and proof of transfer, upon which we will make contact to take further details. Our bank details are:

Do you offer in-house or customised be-spoke training?

Charles Mann can train staff specifically within a business or organisation, based upon the type of assistance required. The benefits of a personalised training and consultancy programs include: dedicated one-to-one attention, detailed study and analysis of difficulty areas within the setup, be-spoke and tailored solutions and advice, business specific documentation and course notes. We also conduct one-to-one sessions for a more private and customsied solution, focusing on the specific challenges you may be facing.

Since 2016, this has been the most popular choice with clients due to the benefits attained. Furthermore, we do not charge anything extra in terms of the per person cost.
